I forgot my password. What can I do?

If you forgot your password, click “Lost Password” at the top right of the page. Enter the email address you used to register and click “Reset password“. A new password will be sent by email.

If you don’t receive this message, please note that this email may be in your spam folder.

Where do I find a pattern I just purchased?

Once your payment is cleared a download link to receive the pattern will be emailed to the address attached to your BunnyPattern account. Please check the spam folder of your email account too if you couldn’t find the email.

Also, you can download your pattern by entering your BunnyPattern account. You can log in by using your email address and password by visiting the following URL: https://bunny-pattern.com/my-account

Then click on the “Downloads” option. Here you’ll find your files ready to download.


How many times can I download my pattern?

You can download each pattern infinitely many times.

I can not open my pattern. Any help?

If you can’t open your pdf pattern you must download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader. Acrobat is free and easy to install.

May I sell finished items made from the BunnyPattern patterns?

You are allowed to sell the items made from the BunnyPattern patterns, provided that they are handmade by yourself in a limited number and you give credit to me as the designer.
